MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: ProShares UltraPro Short S&P500 (SPXU) and ProShares UltraPro Short Russell2000 (SRTY)

ProShares UltraPro Short S&P500 (SPXU) and ProShares UltraPro Short Russell2000 (SRTY) have announced 1-for-5 reverse stock split effective for Thursday, January 21, 2021. On that date, the current SPXU and SRTY option classes will change to SPXU1 and SRTY1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SPXU1 and SRTY1 options. Therefore, no options on SPXU and SRTY will be available for trading on Thursday, January 21, 2021. 

ProShares UltraPro Short S&P500 (SPXU) and ProShares UltraPro Short Russell2000 (SRTY) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, January 22, 2021.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SPXU and SRTY will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, January 20, 2021.
