MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (FCAU)
Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (FCAU) has announced a special cash dividend effective for Thursday, January 14, 2021. On that date, the current FCAU option class will change to FCAU1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list FCAU1 options. Therefore, no options on FCAU will be available for trading on Thursday, January 14, 2021.
Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (FCAU) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, January 15, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FCAU will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, January 13, 2021.
