MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Abraxas Petroleum Corporation (AXAS)
Abraxas Petroleum Corporation (AXAS) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, October 19, 2020. On that date, the current AXAS option class will change to AXAS1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list AXAS1 options. Therefore, no options on AXAS will be available for trading on Monday, October 19, 2020.
Abraxas Petroleum Corporation (AXAS) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, October 20, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AXAS will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, October 16, 2020.
