MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Actinium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ATNM)
Actinium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ATNM) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, August 11, 2020. On that date, the current ATNM option class will change to ATNM1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ATNM1 options. Therefore, no options on ATNM will be available for trading on Tuesday, August 11, 2020.
Actinium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ATNM) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, August 12, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ATNM will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, August 10, 2020.
